The Mental Health Rehab Worker (MHRW) works with adults providing Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS). ARMHS is a program that provides intensive rehabilitative services to individuals ages 18+ who have a mental health diagnosis, in the form of instruction, support, and assistance for the purpose of promoting psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal and emotional adjustment, and independent living skills. The MHRW works directly under the ARMHS Treatment Director and/or ARMHS Clinical Supervisor. Reach’s ARMHS program provides services to individuals living in Dakota, Hennepin, and Ramsey Counties. MHRWs meet with individuals in their homes or communities to build basic living and social skills. Basic living and social skills are activities that instruct, assist, and support the individual in skill areas essential for every day, independent living. This position will work at least 32 hours a week.
