About The Position

MSC Security, LLC. is seeking an experienced, fully credentialed, Armed Special Police Officer (SPO) to join our team in a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security, excellent observational skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism. To ensure optimal service delivery and enhance the success of our security officers, we have established a set of criteria they must meet.

Requirements

• Open availability
• Current armed SPO license for DC is required
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation
• Active Armed SPO Credentials
• GED/ High School Diploma
• Ability to interact and communicate with the public
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to assess and evaluate emergencies effectively
• Ability to quickly and accurately identify critical issues and respond appropriately

• Covering call outs
• Foot patrols

• Warehouse observation

• Ensure the safety and security of customers and staff
• Monitor and patrol premises
• Respond to incidents and emergencies
• Maintain detailed reports of activities and incidents
• Enforce customer policies in a professional and courteous manner
• Arrive on time and in proper uniform at your assigned post
