About The Position

Cascadia Global Security (CGS) is seeking a retired Law Enforcement Officer, previous Military experience, or 10 years + of extremely high-level customer service experience for an Armed Security position. This position is at a high-end retail location and involves a great deal of customer service. CGS is a veteran-owned, nationwide security company based in the Pacific Northwest. Our Security Specialists range from active-duty military personnel to veterans to civilians looking for a job with upward mobility and employee-centered management. We expect a lot from our team members, and in return, we offer some of the highest pay rates and best benefits in the industry. This is a full-time position with a pay rate of $20 per hour. The schedule is Thursday-Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with potential fluctuations based on customer traffic, requiring occasional late stays or early arrivals. Daily pay options are available, with payouts as soon as the next day. Hiring Immediately!

Requirements

• Basic computer skills and report-writing experience
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to handle stressful situations and emergencies
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Candidates should be able to provide body armor: Tactical outer carrier, Concealed inner carrier, 3a+ Soft armor, Duty belt with MOLLE attachments, OC spray, handcuffs, and a baton.
• Provide your own duty weapon with at least 2 spare magazines
• Level 3 Armed License (required)
• High school or equivalent (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Retired or Previous experience as a Law Enforcement Officer (Preferred)
• Military Service: 10 years (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 10 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Access Control
• Investigate and report maintenance and safety conditions that may endanger the client, its associates, or public safety
• Theft and vandalism deterrence
• Ensure the client, its associates, and facility personnel are provided with a safe and professional work environment
• Ensure that daily administrative documentation is always kept concise and complete
• High-level uniform attire and grooming standards must be maintained while in uniform
• Perform other related duties as required
