About The Position

GardaWorld is hiring an Armed Security employee for cash transport. GardaWorld provides services across the cash supply chain, including secured transportation, cash management, cash vault processing, forecasting, ATM, and cash recycler services. The company states that it processes, manages, and moves over $8 billion in cash every day and provides 24/7 client support and logistical expertise. In this role, you will work as an armored truck driver/messenger, transporting valuables safely and efficiently. You will interact professionally with customers, provide customer service, and issue and receive confirmation receipts to verify each transfer. Safety and security are priorities; you must follow driver-safety practices in all weather conditions and remain vigilant for the safety of customers, colleagues, and the community. The position is armed and requires maintaining the licenses or permits required in your area. Heavy lifting is required.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years old.
Have a valid, clean driver’s license.
Have or be able to obtain and maintain active guard and firearm permits or licenses as required by state regulations.
Have strong customer-service skills.
Communicate effectively in person and by radio.
Be willing to operate large vehicles in all weather and traffic conditions.
Be able to perform heavy lifting of 50 pounds or more.
