About The Position
United Security Services is seeking an experienced Armed Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations and personnel. This role ensures a safe environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism, accountability, and client service.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in armed security, law enforcement, or military
- Minimum 2 years of security supervisory experience
- Valid Nevada PILB Armed Guard Card
- Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and MVR
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support on-site security staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
- Coordinate schedules, assignments, and coverage
- Serve as point of contact for client and management
- Assist with incident response, reporting, and investigations
- Additional duties as needed
