About The Position

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Site Supervisor for a new Data Center Construction site in Hubbard, Tx. This role involves supervising and coordinating the delivery of quality security services, acting as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers. The supervisor will manage site staff, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline. The position requires flexibility in availability, including weekends, and involves working outdoors in various weather conditions. Uniforms are provided, and pay is weekly.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Security & Supervisory experience Required!
• Must have an Active Level 3 Commission Security License in-hand.
• Must have flexible availability, to include the weekends.
• Must have a valid Driver's License with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
• Capably utilize scheduling and billing software to produce reports (such as Scheduling Activity, Training Detail reports, etc.) that require interpretation and action for effective business management.
• As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer.
• Act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers.
• Supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Communicate staffing needs to the Operation Manager, which may include using the Requisition process and assisting in identifying and interviewing quality candidates.
• Assure that officers receive appropriate training, developing them in both technical and professional skills.
• Oversee performance management, including coaching, counseling, disciplining, performance evaluations, and recognition.
• Ensure that employee grievances are heard with help from appropriate branch or region HR support employees.
