We are currently seeking an Armed Security Shift Supervisor in Doral, Florida. The Armed Security Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. This role acts as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. They supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Requirements

• Active D and G license
• Must have at least ONE of the following: Minimum 4+ Years Military Service (DD214), Minimum 4+ Years Law Enforcement (Academy Certificate), Minimum 4+ Years Armed Security professional, Criminal Justice Degree
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Active in State Driver's License
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participating in industry specific security/safety training programs
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by conducting safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and, if appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
