About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring an Armed Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver for an assigned retail site in Cleburne, Texas. The role provides a fixed weekly schedule, with a six-month commitment to the designated site and shifts, and the option to claim additional shifts through a scheduling platform. Employees may build up to a full-time schedule of as many as 40 hours per week and may scale back when needed. Pay is $18.00 per hour. Scheduled shifts are Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 11:30 AM to 11:30 PM.

The officer provides customer service while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency responses. Duties include armed patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter, monitoring for security concerns, responding to incidents, and maintaining accurate patrol and incident records.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements; a valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
• Texas Level III Armed Certification.
• At least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, subject to applicable laws.
• Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Meet applicable state and local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
• Commit to the assigned site and weekly anchor shifts for six months.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of retail sales floors, entrances, parking areas, loading areas, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, theft-related concerns, unauthorized access, and other security-related conditions, and report observations according to site procedures.
• Maintain awareness of assigned equipment and complete accurate activity, incident, and patrol documentation in accordance with company and site requirements.
