Requirements

  • 21+ Years of Age
  • 3+ Years' Combined Law Enforcement/Military/Security Experience OR a College Degree
  • 1+ Years' Law Enforcement Experience OR 2+ Years' Security Supervisor/Manager Experience OR 3+ Years' Security Experience
  • 1+ Years' Armed Security/Law Enforcement/Military Experience
  • 5+ Years' Security Experience
  • College Degree
  • Armed Guard Card/License
  • Client Requires Proof of HS Diploma/GED
  • Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
  • Possess 1+ years of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
  • Possess 1+ years of law enforcement experience, 2+ years of security-related supervisor/manager experience, or 3+ years of security-related experience.
  • Possess an Armed Guard Card/License.
  • Possess a college degree.
  • Possess 5+ years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public at a government front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
  • Monitor access to the location, greet and direct visitors, verify identification and appointment information, and maintain visitor logs in accordance with established procedures.
  • Operate front-desk communications equipment, answer incoming calls, relay information to appropriate personnel, and provide clear directions or assistance to guests.
  • Observe and report unusual activity, access concerns, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel while maintaining a professional and courteous presence.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols and contacting emergency services or designated personnel when appropriate.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
