Requirements
- Current BSIS Guard Card
- Current BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit
- Two current non-lethal weapons permits, such as: Baton, Pepper Spray or Taser
- Valid California Driver's License with a minimum three-year clean driving record, with no suspensions or revocations from anytime
- Minimum one year of experience as an Armed Security Officer
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities
- Conduct foot and vehicle patrols and perform routine property inspections
- Follow and enforce site-specific Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor assigned locations and identify potential security risks or safety concerns
- Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents and emergencies
- Prepare accurate Daily Activity Reports, Incident Reports, Maintenance Reports, and other required documentation using a smartphone or approved electronic device
- Maintain professional and effective communication with clients, coworkers, residents, employees, and members of the public
- Respond to emergency situations, including medical incidents, fires, property damage, and other safety-related events
- Accurately complete and maintain required timesheets for each shift worked
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Maintain a professional appearance and comply with all uniform and equipment standards
- Remain alert, observant, and physically active throughout assigned shifts
