Requirements

Possess 2+ years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services and site leadership when needed.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout banking facility interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
Maintain awareness of assigned post requirements and handle required reports, logs, and security-related equipment in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
