Requirements

Minimum three years of law enforcement, corrections, or active military armed experience.
Valid CT Security Officer License (Guard Card).
Valid CT Armed Credentials (Carry Permit and Blue Card).
Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
High school diploma or transcripts.
Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings.
Must be able to work Monday-Friday, Day Shift.

Benefits

Hiring Bonus: $400 paid out over 6 months.
Hourly Rate: $28.41, increasing to $29.65 on 9/1/2027 and $30.89 on 9/1/2028.
Paid Time Off: 20 days accrual, increasing to 22 days in 2027 and 25 days in 2028. Remaining balance paid out at year-end.
