As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Responder in DALLAS, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Requirements

• Possess an Armed Guard Card/License.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification for Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR/First Aid is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, entry points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, or security-related concerns.
• Support cash handling, asset protection, and other sensitive operations by maintaining a visible presence and following post orders, escalation protocols, and reporting requirements.
