This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Requirements

• Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
• Possess an Armed Guard Card and/or License.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a Law Enforcement Officer License.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, entrance areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site policies, while assisting with visitor direction and addressing questions in a professional manner.
• Support assigned financial institution operations by remaining prepared for time-sensitive situations, following post orders, and communicating clearly with team members, client representatives, and/or first responders when needed.
