About The Position

Securitas is looking for multiple highly qualified ARMED Security Officers to work at our military client site in the NH Seacoast area. Our ideal candidate is former/current military, former law enforcement or former/current security professional. While we would prefer experience, we are also happy to train the motivated individual! The ARMED Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers. Requirements

21 years of age minimum to receive an armed license
Valid Driver's License
MUST be a citizen of the United States
High School Diploma or GED equivalency
Physical Fitness Test
Competency with a handgun, shotgun, baton, handcuffs and use of force is necessary
Comfortable working in a military setting
High level of professionalism
Walking/standing for long periods of time
Flexible work availability
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Interview
Background checks inclusive of criminal, motor vehicle, credit check
Pre-employment and submission to random drug screening
Personality profile test
