As a Security Officer Armed Mobile Driver Clearance Required in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location. In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a defense-related location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual activity.
• Monitor entry points, credentials, deliveries, and/or vehicle activity in accordance with site protocols, reporting discrepancies and supporting access control operations.
• Support Allied Universal standards by maintaining a professional presence, following post orders, and completing required reports, logs, and/or incident documentation.
