Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a professional environment through strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will bring reliability, integrity, and teamwork to each shift while responding to site needs with agility and care.

Requirements

• Possess 2 or more years of security-related experience.
• Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out armed, security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including exterior areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations, with working conditions that may vary by site.
• Monitor access activity and help to deter unauthorized entry, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations at a financial institution location.
• Support branch personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by reporting hazards, escalating concerns, and following post orders and applicable armed post protocols.
