Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
An Armed Guard Card or license is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to banking clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of banking areas, offices, parking areas, ATMs, and the surrounding perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Respond to alarms, incidents, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with access-control processes, and report irregularities or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
Carry assigned equipment in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, Allied Universal policies, and site-specific post orders.
