As an Armed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic media and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to concerns. This role requires an armed guard card or license and concealed carry weapons permit. Requirements

• Possess a valid Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
• Possess a valid Armed Guard Card or License.
• Possess a valid Law Enforcement Officer License.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, production personnel, and vendors at a media and broadcasting location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of studio areas, offices, production spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for individuals, vehicles, deliveries, and contractors entering restricted areas, following site-specific protocols.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, patrol activities, and security-related concerns in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
