Requirements

Currently licensed as an Armed Security Guard in TN.
Own a personal firearm (e.g., 9mm, .40 cal, .45 cal semi-auto).
Able to stand and walk for a 12-hour shift.
Proficient in writing reports, de-escalation, and phone apps.
Good communication skills.
At least 21 years of age for ARMED roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience (experience required only for ARMED Roles).
Ability to obtain security certification according to the State of TN.
Ability to pass drug screen.
Ability to pass background check.
E-Verification Approval.
Completion of on-boarding process.
Approval and interview with assigned site manager.
At least 1 year of experience as an Armed Security Officer.
ARMED Security License (State of Tennessee) (Required).

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring and patrolling premises.
Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
Be vigilant, attentive, and aware of potential risks or incidents.
Write reports, de-escalate situations, and use phone applications.
Provide customer service and information to clients' employees and customers.
Safeguard clients in various industries such as Convenience Store truck stops, Travel Centers, Warehouses, and Truck yards.
