Premier Protective Security (PPS) is seeking Armed Security Guards for the Phoenix, AZ area. Requirements

Must have prior Armed Security experience.
Must have your own personal firearm to carry on the jobsite: (semi-auto)(2 mags)(9mm,40 cal,45cal).
Must have Customer Service experience.
Ability to navigate phone apps.
Ability to write reports.
Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
Must have a clean Driver's License.
Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience (experience required only for Armed Roles).
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen.
Armed Security License (State of Arizona) (Required).
Ability to obtain security certification according to the State of Arizona.
Ability to pass drug screen.
Ability to pass background check.
E-Verification Approval.
Completion of on-boarding process.
Approval and interview with assigned site manager.

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring and patrolling premises.
Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
Actively safeguard the premises.
Notice things that others don't, being vigilant of potential risks or incidents.
Serve and safeguard clients in various industries such as Convenience Store truck stops, Travel Centers, Warehouses, and Truck yards.
