The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively safeguarding the premises, including patrolling various locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently, our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers. Requirements

Must have prior Armed Security experience
Must have your own personal firearm to carry on the jobsite: (semi-auto)(2 mags)(9mm,40 cal,45cal)
Must have Customer Service experience, ability to navigate phone apps, and write reports
Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
Must have a clean Driver's license
Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience (experience required only for Armed Roles)
Ability to obtain security certification according to the State
Ability to pass drug screen
Ability to pass background check
E-Verification Approval
Completion of on-boarding process
Approval and interview with assigned site manager
Armed Security License (State of Arkansas) (Required)

Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations
Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area
Be vigilant, seeing, hearing, and evaluating potential risks or incidents that may take place on our customers' premises
Safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Convenience Store truck stops, Travel Centers, Warehouses, Truck yards and more.
