Provide direct supervision to represented officers ensuring accomplishment of requirements in the Contract Statement of Work and compliance documents. Ensures compliance with orders, policies, and procedures, with emphasis on safe conduct of operations. Controls post assignments, absences, and overtime commitments to fulfill mission requirements. If provided, inspects equipment and weapons assigned to shift personnel and to individuals for proper maintenance and operability. Coordinates personnel, equipment, and facility requirements, as required. Administrative Duties The supervisor is responsible for preparing and maintaining employees’ schedules. The supervisor is responsible for reviewing and entry into timekeeping software to capture employees' time and attendance.
