As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. Requirements

Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
Have 2 or more years of law enforcement, military, or corrections experience or possess a college degree.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional demeanor.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor for suspicious behavior and report any unusual activity according to established protocols.
Operate and maintain awareness of assigned equipment, including firearms, in accordance with company and location guidelines.
Assist visitors and employees with security-related inquiries and provide directions as needed.
Complete detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and location staff to support a secure environment.
