About The Position

GardaWorld is seeking an Armored Truck Driver/Messenger to join their team, shaping the future of cash management. This role involves the safe and efficient transportation of valuables, requiring comfort with heavy lifting and adherence to high standards of customer service. The position is armed, necessitating the acquisition and maintenance of necessary licenses. GardaWorld provides comprehensive solutions in cash supply chain management, including secured transportation, cash management, cash vault processing, forecasting, ATM, and cash recycler services, utilizing the industry's largest fleet of armored vehicles and sophisticated technology. The company processes, manages, and moves over $8B in cash daily, offering 24/7 client support and logistical expertise.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid and clean driver’s license
• Have or be able to obtain and maintain active guard and firearm permits or licenses on a current basis as required by state regulations
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively in person and by radio
• Willingness to operate large vehicles in all weather and traffic conditions
• Heavy lifting required (50lbs+)

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport valuables
• Act in a professional manner and interact with customers to develop rapport
• Issue and receive confirmation receipts to verify each transfer
• Follow the highest levels of driver safety in all weather conditions
• Be vigilant in all areas for customers, colleagues, and the community
• Operate large vehicles in all weather and traffic conditions
