About The Position

Eagle Security Group, Inc. (Eagle) seeks high-level security professionals with military, law enforcement, or specialized personal security backgrounds to join our West Palm Beach, FL team. This role is specifically designed for experienced agents who can operate confidently in armed capacities to meet private client needs.

Requirements

Florida Class D & G Security licenses.
Valid United States Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
First Aid, CPR, and AED for Adults, Children, and Infants.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant military, law enforcement, executive protection, or Residential security roles.
Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, threat mitigation, and defensive tactics.
High level of physical fitness, mental resilience, and strong decision-making skills.
Proficient in both communication and dictation.
Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment.
Must possess a good understanding of the latest technology in security camera systems, use of smartphones, communications, and collaboration apps.
Proven conflict resolution experience with a strong emphasis on emotional intelligence.
Ensures precise, concise, and professional interactions in all written and verbal communication.
Demonstrated skill in creating accurate reports documenting incidents, observations, and activities supporting client needs.
Drug free -- must pass a drug screening and submit to periodic screenings throughout employment.
Ability to patrol the property and access areas quickly
Physically able to capture and detain individuals if necessary
Prolonged periods sitting of 5+ hours at a desk and monitoring surveillance equipment
Prolonged periods of standing on your feet without a break 4-5+ hours
Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time
Must be able to lift, drag a human up to 200lbs or more, if necessary
Must be able to bend, twist,
Being able to respond to physical attacks, natural disasters, evacuations

Responsibilities

Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the property, identifying and addressing any potential vulnerabilities or suspicious activities.
Respond quickly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, or threats. Assess and contain situations to minimize disruption and maintain a safe environment.
Manage the arrival and departure of guests and vendors, ensuring proper access control and seamless integration into the client’s environment.
Provide secure and efficient transportation services, including detailed route planning, to mitigate risks and ensure safe travel for clients and family members.
Anticipate potential threats and vulnerabilities, implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks before they arise.
Maintain professionalism and empathy when interacting with family, guests, and team members to ensure effective communication and a positive experience.
Provide vigilant protection while respecting the family’s privacy, routines, and personal space, ensuring a secure yet low-profile presence.
Adjust security strategies to accommodate unique situations and client preferences, de-escalating potential conflicts proactively to maintain a peaceful environment.
Utilize advanced security technologies, such as surveillance systems and alarms, to monitor the property effectively. Thoroughly understand the property’s layout, including entry points, blind spots, and high-traffic areas, to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Perform patrols and security tasks effectively in low-light conditions, maintaining vigilance and composure. Remain calm and focused under pressure during emergencies or high-stakes situations.
Maintain sharp attention to detail and execute all security tasks diligently and thoroughly during extended shifts.
