About The Position

KRE Security is seeking a motivated and dependable Armed Security Field Supervisor to support and lead field operations across multiple client sites. This is a great opportunity for experienced security professionals looking to step into a leadership role while maintaining a consistent weekend schedule. You’ll be trusted to oversee operations, support officers in the field, and ensure high standards are met across all assigned locations. You’ll also be provided with a company vehicle during your shift, allowing you to move efficiently between sites while staying fully supported by management. Requirements

• Previous security experience (required)
• ACT 235 certification or willingness to obtain within a reasonable timeframe
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work weekends and adapt to operational needs
• Age 21+

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
• Law enforcement or military background (a plus, not required)

Responsibilities

• Lead and support security officers across multiple client sites
• Conduct site visits to ensure proper coverage, quality, and compliance
• Train, coach, and mentor team members
• Prepare accurate daily reports and incident documentation
• Serve as a key communication link between field staff and management
• Respond to incidents and help resolve on-site challenges
