About The Position

Premier Protective Security (PPS) is seeking a Level 3 Armed Field Supervisor in Albuquerque, NM. This role is crucial for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring premises, patrolling various locations, and preserving order. The supervisor will enforce regulations and directives, respond to incidents, and provide customer service. Requirements

• Must be actively licensed in NM as a Level 3 Armed Security Guard
• Must have previous experience as a Field Supervisor
• Must have a personal firearm that is Semi-Automatic (9mm, .40 cal, or .45 cal)
• 21+ years of age for Armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience (experience required only for Armed Roles)
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only
• At least 1 year previous Field Supervisor experience (Required)
• ARMED Security License (State of New Mexico) (Required)

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations.
• Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Actively monitor the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations.
• Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
• Provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.
• Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Convenience Store truck stops, Travel Centers, Warehouses, Truck yards and more.
• Carry out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Actively monitor the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations.
• Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
• Provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.
• Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Convenience Store truck stops, Travel Centers, Warehouses, Truck yards and more.
• Scheduling, payroll, writing reports, etc.
