About The Position

KRE Security is seeking a motivated and dependable Armed Security Field Supervisor to support and lead field operations across multiple client sites. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced security professionals looking to step into a leadership role while working a consistent four-day schedule with three days off each week. You’ll play a key role in supporting officers in the field, ensuring operational standards are met, and helping maintain strong client relationships across assigned locations. As a Field Supervisor, you’ll be trusted to handle a variety of responsibilities including site support, officer coaching, incident response, and operational oversight. A company vehicle is provided, allowing you to move efficiently between sites while staying fully supported by management. Requirements

• Previous security experience required
• ACT 235 certification or willingness to obtain within a reasonable timeframe
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to adapt to changing operational needs and work independently
• Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving ability

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Law enforcement or military background is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and support security officers across multiple client sites
• Conduct site visits to ensure proper coverage, quality, and compliance
• Train, coach, and mentor field personnel
• Prepare accurate daily reports and incident documentation
• Serve as a key communication link between field staff and management
• Respond to incidents and assist with resolving on-site challenges
• Ensure officers maintain professionalism, appearance, and performance standards
• Assist with shift coverage and operational support when needed
