The Armed Driver/Messenger role involves the safe and efficient transportation of valuables, requiring the ability to handle heavy lifting. Individuals in this role are expected to maintain a professional demeanor, engage positively with customers to build rapport, and accurately issue and receive confirmation receipts for all transfers. A strong emphasis is placed on safety and security, requiring adherence to the highest driver safety standards in all weather conditions and constant vigilance for the well-being of customers, colleagues, and the community. All positions are armed, necessitating that employees obtain and maintain the required licenses for their respective areas.

Requirements

21 years of age or older with a valid and clean driver’s license
Have or be able to obtain and maintain active guard and firearm permits or licenses on a current basis as required by state regulations
Have strong customer service skills and can communicate effectively in person and by radio
Are willing to operate large vehicles in all weather and traffic conditions
Heavy lifting required (50lbs+)

Ensure the safe and efficient transportation of valuables.
Act in a professional manner and interact with customers to develop a rapport that meets high standards of customer service.
Issue and receive confirmation receipts to verify each transfer.
Follow the highest levels of driver safety in all weather conditions.
Be vigilant in all areas for customers, colleagues, and the community.
