About The Position
Security Base Group is seeking to hire Armed and Unarmed Guards for all shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am). The ideal candidates will be fully licensed, in good standing with BSIS, and possess a dependable, professional, and reliable demeanor with a can-do attitude. Respect for co-workers and client staff is essential. Selected candidates must arrive on time regularly and comply with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be fully licensed and in good standing with BSIS.
- Must have respective guard cards in possession at time of interview.
- Candidates for Armed positions must have their own weapon and gear.
- Must be dependable, professional, and have proven reliability.
- Must be respectful to co-workers and client staff.
- Must have a can-do attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Prior Military/law enforcement experience is welcome.
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a strong plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide security services as an Armed or Unarmed Guard.
