As part of the Datacenter Software Organization, you will help define and deliver the software architecture for Qualcomm's ARM server platforms, working across silicon, firmware, virtualization, operating systems, and cloud software stacks. You will collaborate with world-class architects and engineers to enable standards-based, production-ready platforms supporting modern datacenter deployments. Job Summary: Qualcomm is seeking an experienced ARM Server Platform I/O & Interconnect Software Architect to lead the architecture and software enablement of PCIe, CXL, and Interrupt Controller subsystems for next-generation ARM server SoCs. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in ARM server architecture, PCIe and CXL technologies, interrupt controller architecture (ARM GIC), virtualization, firmware, and Linux kernel internals. The candidate should be comfortable operating across the entire software stack including platform firmware, operating systems, virtualization, RAS, manageability, and performance optimization. As a Software Architect, you will provide technical leadership across SoC architecture, platform firmware, HLOS, virtualization, validation, and customer enablement teams. You will be responsible for defining scalable software architectures that enable high performance, reliability, serviceability, virtualization, and ecosystem compliance for hyperscale datacenter deployments.
