About The Position

This position is responsible for receiving, filling, and delivering stock orders/requisitions. The Arena Line Server will serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with department policies, procedures, and established standards of service at various outlets. This role is also responsible for handling payments in cash outlets per established check tendering procedures and maintaining concession and kiosk inventory and supplies during events.

Requirements

• Previous experience in fast food or restaurant service
• Previous experience with point of sale (POS) tendering
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in turning over the concessions for an event
• Complete knowledge of concession and kiosk food and beverage offerings
• Thorough knowledge of point of sale system and cash handling accuracy
• Outlet-specific standard operating procedures
• SMART alcohol awareness
• Point of Sale (POS) system

Responsibilities

• Maintains concession and kiosk inventory and supplies during events
• Communicates inventory needs and maintenance problems to supervisors
• Breaks down, cleans and restocks concessions and kiosks for the next event
