About The Position

This opportunity is designed for accomplished Home Health sales leaders who have already led teams, driven census growth, and shaped market strategy. We are seeking an experienced Area Vice President, Regional Director of Sales, Director of Business Development, Area Sales Director, or equivalent Home Health sales leader to drive growth across Florida markets. This is not an individual contributor role. This is an opportunity to lead teams, shape regional strategy, expand market presence, and create measurable business impact. The FLORIDA Area Vice President of Sales – Home Health provides executive-level leadership for regional growth initiatives across multiple Florida markets. This leader will oversee sales performance, develop high-performing teams, strengthen referral partnerships, and execute strategic growth plans that drive admissions and market expansion. The ideal candidate brings a strong record of leading sales organizations, building accountability, and producing sustained growth in Home Health.

Requirements

• Current Home Health Sales Leadership experience required
• Experience in roles such as: Area VP of Sales, Regional Director of Sales, Director of Business Development, Area Sales Director, Regional Growth Leader, Multi-site Home Health Sales Leader
• 3-5 years minimum experience of progressive healthcare sales leadership experience
• Demonstrated success leading multi-market growth and achieving census targets
• Proven ability to coach leaders and build high-performing teams
• Strong executive presence with experience influencing senior stakeholders
• Ability to travel throughout Florida

Responsibilities

• Regional sales strategy and execution across multiple markets
• Leadership and development of Home Health sales teams and market leaders
• Growth initiatives focused on referrals, admissions, and market share expansion
• Executive relationships with hospitals, physician groups, health systems, SNFs, and community partners
• Performance management through KPIs, forecasting, and business reviews
• Cross-functional partnership with Operations and Clinical leadership to optimize outcomes
• Talent development, succession planning, and recruiting of top sales performers
• Regional business planning and strategic expansion opportunities
