About The Position

The Area Temple Facilities Manager is a senior executive-level leader responsible for providing strategic direction, spiritual stewardship, organizational leadership, and operational governance for a complex portfolio of temples and supporting facilities. The role requires a temple-worthy leader with sound judgment, executive presence, and trusted character who can counsel and influence Church leaders, align resources to long-term stewardship priorities, and lead geographically dispersed teams with accountability, humility, and a commitment to the mission of the Church. Successful candidates must combine deep technical knowledge of facilities operations, building systems, asset lifecycle management, capital planning, risk mitigation, and financial stewardship with the ability to develop leaders, build organizational capability, strengthen succession readiness, and foster a culture of service excellence, continuous improvement, and reverence for the sacred nature of temple work.
