We are seeking an Area Supervisor to support field operations across multiple commercial construction projects in the Germantown and Sun Prairie regions. This role provides leadership to site superintendents, foremen, and field crews while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Keller’s quality standards. The Area Supervisor helps coordinate manpower, equipment, and resources across job sites and serves as a key field support for project teams.

Requirements

7+ years of commercial construction experience with field leadership responsibilities.
Experience overseeing multiple projects or large-scale field operations.
Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices.
Ability to lead and support field teams while maintaining strong communication with project managers.
Proficient with construction technology and project documentation tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced field environment
Ability to build positive working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and Keller teammates
Operate with integrity and honor commitments throughout the whole project
Be a team player and share the same vision to meet goals
Be coachable and willing to learn new things
Have the right attitude and effort - SHOW UP EVERY DAY

Responsibilities

Oversee field operations across multiple job sites on various commercial projects
Supervise and support site superintendents, foremen, and field crews
Conduct routine site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and productivity
Coordinate manpower, equipment, subcontractors, and material needs between job sites
Review and support project schedules, sequencing, and logistics planning
Monitor project performance and identify issues related to quality, safety, or schedule
Communicate effectively between field and office teams
Train, mentor, and coach Keller teammates in various field positions
Support project closeout activities, including punch lists and final inspections
