About The Position

The Area Supervisor is responsible for providing safe and environmentally sound support to the continuous operations of the facility. This role involves managing and executing the daily operations schedule, delegating tasks to the assigned team, and holding them accountable for achieving short-term key performance indicators (KPIs). The supervisor will communicate the daily operational plan to the production supervisor and ensure compliance with established EHS MS programs, business unit initiatives, and other department administrative requirements. A strong understanding of the department's process and equipment is necessary, along with the ability to teach and coach the assigned team. This position also oversees the department's employee training program, ensuring adherence to currency requirements.

Requirements

• High School/GED is required.
• Related Experience 5+ Years
• Microsoft Office Suite 1+ Years
• Industrial Environment 1+ Years
• Objective Interface Systems (OIS) 1+ Years
• Maximo 1+ Years
• Kronos 1+ Years
• In lieu of High School Diploma/GED and 5+ years’ experience, would consider bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's is preferred
• Industrial Environment 1+ Years is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute daily operations schedule.
