Requirements

2 years of previous sales experience in consumer goods is required.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Smart Serve required.
Highly motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed for events and activations.
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

Own, build, and manage customer relationships to support the growth of the Happy Dad Hard Seltzer portfolio.
Develop a territory sales plan and strategy for retail accounts ( LCBO)
Assist in building effective routes and customer call tracking.
Achieve sales targets for assigned territories.
Ensure consistent product placement, visibility, availability, and quality.
Track all in-field activities through CRM tools and report on KPIs.
Execute and measure distribution, visibility, and promotions.
Support customers with inventory and orders for effective stock management.
Build strategic customer plans for sustained growth.
Leverage data to support selling stories in customer accounts.
Be a category expert to build and develop customer relationships.
Keep all accounts engaged and support growing case orders.
