About The Position

Bishop Clean Care is seeking a positive, motivating, and highly communicative Area/Site Lead Cleaner. You will lead a frontline team of 1 to 5 cleaners across various off-site projects, including commercial openings, residential cleanings, post-construction sites, and renovation clean-ups. In this role, you will balance hands-on cleaning with team management and on-site training. You will be the primary mentor for new hires, ensuring they learn our high standards in a supportive, encouraging environment.

Requirements

Strong verbal communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, high energy, patience, attention to detail, and a natural ability to motivate others.
Reliable availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 3 days per week.
Previous professional cleaning or team leadership experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Work alongside the cleaning team performing daily cleaning duties while also providing on-site leadership and direction.
Direct daily operations for a team of 1–5 cleaners on site.
Provide practical, encouraging instruction to new hires and existing staff.
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets Bishop Clean Care standards.
Maintain a motivating, collaborative, and respectful team atmosphere.
Act as the professional on-site point of contact for clients.
Clearing small leftover construction materials and trash.
Detailed wiping of heavy drywall dust from walls, ceilings, and fixtures.
Cleaning inside cabinets, drawers, light fixtures, and baseboards.
Scraping and polishing windows, glass, and stainless steel surfaces.
Vacuuming, mopping, and staging large commercial floor spaces.
Disinfecting high-touch areas like light switches, door handles, and restrooms.
Ensuring streak-free entryways, mirrors, and internal glass partitions.
Wiping down final surfaces so businesses are ready for immediate public opening.
Deep cleaning appliances, countertops, sinks, and cabinet faces.
Scrubbing, sanitizing, and removing soap scum from showers, tubs, and toilets.
Dusting all surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and mopping hard floors.
