About The Position
BENEV is expanding its sales team across the US and actively recruiting Area Sales Representatives in Aesthetics. This role is for an Independent Sales Representative (1099) with high commission and significant earning potential. As an Area Sales Representative, you will sell an innovative K-Aesthetic portfolio of science-backed injectables, medical devices, and regenerative products that have demonstrated strong demand and proven results in international markets. BENEV will provide support through an experienced sales professional for hands-on coaching, industry insight, and ongoing guidance. You will sell cutting-edge solutions to aesthetic health care providers (HCP) while building valuable industry expertise and a rewarding career in a fast-growing healthcare segment.
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales or related experience.
- Strong interest in building a career in medical aesthetics and regenerative biologics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and motivated by running their own desk.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the drive to develop new business.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Eager to learn from experienced sales professionals through mentorship, coaching, and hands-on training.
- Confidence in engaging with healthcare providers and practice staff.
- Ability to develop the skills needed to become a trusted business partner.
Nice To Haves
- Experience selling to med spas, physicians, or enterprise is highly desirable.
- Passion for learning about aesthetic treatments, injectables, regenerative biologics, and the evolving medical aesthetics industry.
