Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative in construction, water & sewage, or plumbing industries.
  • Alternatively, 5 years of experience as a Sales Representative in construction, water & sewage, or plumbing industries.
  • 3 years performing outside sales with stormwater or wastewater management systems or products.
  • 3 years creating and managing budgets, sales reports, expense reports, and presentation materials.

Responsibilities

  • Execute annual & quarterly action plans for northern Florida sales area.
  • Identify, develop, & maintain sales & service opportunities through new & existing N Florida customers.
  • Promote products & onsite system technology to contractors, distributors, engineers/designers & local regulators via in person sales calls, field product demonstrations, & educational presentations & trainings.
  • Manage & develop strategic partnerships with distribution network in territory to maximize effectiveness & market penetration.
  • Develop & maintain contacts with county town level regulatory agencies.
  • Provide support to regional manager & government relations team to maintain & obtain required regulatory approvals & increase market share.
  • Serve on N Florida industry organizations (e.g. Florida Onsite Wastewater Recycling Association).
  • Identify customer price points, issue customer credits & resolve problem sites in coordination with technical services through regional manager approval.
