About The Position

We're excited to partner with Amazon Key Division, ranked 3rd on Fortune 500's list of most admired companies, to expand access to Multi-dwelling buildings across Canada. As the Amazon Key Area Sales Manager at OSL, you'll play a critical role in driving sales and market penetration growth within the MDU sales vertical. Reporting to the Client Service Director, you'll lead a team of Field Sales Agents fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in contact sales or field sales management
  • Telecommunications, direct sales and our account management experience an asset.
  • Proven ability to drive aggressive sales results and lead teams in penetrating MDU markets.
  • Passion for customer service-oriented teamwork and collaboration.
  • Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to anticipate and address challenges effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, written, and analytical skills.
  • This position is based out of our head office in Mississauga. It is not a remote opportunity.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory, with some overnight travel required.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams at both divisional and corporate levels.
  • Ability to perform with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Amazon Key sales and market penetration growth within the MDU sales vertical.
  • Coach, mentor, and lead a team of 5 Field Sales Agents maximizing in-field time for development and support.
  • Develop and lead strategic plans to maximize sales funnel and achieve targets.
  • Manage team's weekly schedule, payroll, vacation requests, HR inquiries, and OSL-related questions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of all programs.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and insights.
  • Ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met consistently.
  • Provide feedback on competitive activities, pricing strategies, and product acceptability.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  • Perform any other duties as required to support team success.
