Responsibilities

• Driving revenue across two (2) or more hotels by developing and maintaining SMERF and local group business, while owning the full sales process from initial contact through post-departure.
• Building strong relationships with SMERF and local group clients and becoming deeply knowledgeable about their needs and booking patterns.
• Proactively soliciting new business through outbound sales efforts, community engagement, and account management.
• Booking and servicing group business based on the hotels’ sales strategies and market conditions to achieve or exceed revenue goals.
• Managing the full lifecycle of group business, including contracting, client communication, and coordination with hotel operations.
• Maintaining awareness of competitive market activity and effectively positioning Springwood hotels to win the right business.
• Utilizing brand and company tools (Delphi, CRM, brand systems, reporting platforms) to document activity, track performance, and support forecasting.
• Partnering with operations teams to ensure seamless execution and memorable guest experiences.
• Adding to the camaraderie of the hotels by celebrating wins, supporting team members, and embracing an “Everybody Sells” culture.
