Responsibilities

  • Recruit and nurture a high-energy and competitive team.

  • Identify areas for targeted canvassing and coordinate effective daily plans.
  • Analyze and optimize team performance using Salesforce.com data.
  • Engage in regular meetings with leadership and cross-departmental teams.
