Casa Fresca Homes is seeking a motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to support our West Division communities. This role is ideal for a proven sales leader with a strong background in new home sales, passionate about driving performance, developing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role reports directly to the Director of Sales.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum 4+ years of new home sales experience and 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and navigate complex situations
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and active auto insurance
  • Florida Real Estate License preferred
  • Ability to interpret contracts and perform contract-related calculations

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain high-performing Sales Consultants (SCs), fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the Director of Sales to drive sales strategy, training initiatives, and performance optimization.
  • Proactively identify risks to sales projections and recommend actionable strategies to maintain or exceed targets.
  • Serve as a market expert by providing competitive analysis, realtor insights, and market intelligence on a quarterly or as-needed basis.
  • Ensure all communities, models, homes, marketing materials, MLS listings, and digital platforms reflect brand standards and accuracy.
  • Lead bi-weekly sales meetings to support training, knowledge sharing, and team engagement.
  • Conduct weekly community visits and regular one-on-one coaching sessions with Sales Consultants.
  • Support execution of sales strategies, leveraging technology platforms to drive conversion and maximize margins.
  • Promote strong realtor engagement, referral generation, and self-sourced sales efforts.
  • Maintain open communication across departments to ensure smooth operations, timely closings, and high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance on backlog management and support contract execution and closing coordination.
  • Address and resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership on events, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
  • Monitor and enforce performance metrics including sales goals, closings, customer satisfaction, and CRM (Salesforce) activity.
  • Manage inventory, including marketing and liquidation of spec homes, and ensure efficient turnover processes.
  • Uphold company policies, communicate updates to leadership, and address operational challenges proactively.
  • Participate in QA meetings and cross-functional team initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by executive leadership.
