Eaton’s North American Sales division is currently seeking an Area Sales Manager to join its team. This hybrid role can be located in San Diego, CA or Irvine, CA, and candidates must reside in one of these areas to be considered. This exciting opportunity provides leadership of a sales team and management of a defined customer base and channels to achieve district results. It also includes responsibility for developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market intelligence, and delivering customer presentations to grow sales and market share. The role will be responsible for managing a customer base, sales resources, products and channels to market to achieve planned results for the district. This individual will provide leadership and development to a sales team consisting of sales professionals, sales reps and the distributor channel. Expected results include but are not limited to growth in sales and market share, channel development as well as developing talent within the district.
