The Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager for its Full-Service Double Tree by Hilton Tysons McLean and Courtyard by Marriott Tysons McLean hotels. This role is crucial in assisting the Area Director of Sales with sales initiatives, ensuring hotels meet financial goals, and delivering a high level of service. The Area Sales Manager will focus on building long-term customer relationships, driving revenue through guest rooms and catering sales, generating new business, and negotiating contracts, all while upholding the company's Quality Pledge and Standards of Service.
