About The Position

This is not a typical sales job and we are not looking for a typical sales representative. We are looking for a self-motivated, high-integrity, coachable individual with a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and customer service orientation. The role involves daily, in-person cold calling, following up with potential customers, maintaining current customers, and supporting operations when needed. Responsibilities also include previewing restaurants for equipment, training restaurant staff on equipment after installation, and participating in trade shows. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Requirements

• Computer savvy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Restaurant General Manager or restaurant sales experience.
• Good driving record.
• Proven track record of success.
• Ability to lift and or move up to 100lbs.
• Bilingual Spanish

• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily, in person, cold calling.
• Complete daily sales call log.
• Follow up with potential customers.
• Ownership and accountability of sales quota.
• Maintain current customers.
• Support operations when needed.
• Preview restaurants for equipment.
• Train restaurant staff on equipment after installation.
• Participate in trade shows as needed.
