About The Position

Lobel Financial is seeking highly motivated Area Sales Managers to join their team. This role involves managing a specific geographic area, fostering strong relationships with automotive dealers, and driving substantial sales growth. The primary objective is to influence auto dealers to submit retail auto loan applications and ensure they consistently meet Lobel Financials' performance standards. This position requires extensive travel to engage with dealerships.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, particularly in automotive finance or subprime finance sectors, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a dealer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue generation and business growth.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to engage with dealer's clients and prospects alike.
  • Previous experience delivering positive outcomes in a subprime auto finance environment.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan and organize daily activities to maximize selling opportunities and generate revenue.
  • Educate assigned dealers on Lobel Financial's program offerings to ensure effective utilization of the platform.
  • Travel extensively to spend quality time in dealerships and build relationships firsthand.
