Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior sales management role, preferably within a similar industry.

  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and regional business dynamics in Utah.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data-driven sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools to manage and track performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the region to engage with clients and teams.
